Process automation
A workflow takes in information from an email, a form, the ERP or an application, interprets it, queries other systems, applies the business rules, uses AI when needed, carries out the action and logs everything.
AI agents
Agents that use corporate tools and data: they query databases, retrieve documentation, call APIs or start processes. We define what they can look up, which tools they use and which actions they’re allowed to take, with human approval when the action requires it.
AI on company knowledge
Procedures, contracts, incidents, projects or technical documentation, searchable in natural language. With information retrieval and RAG, the model receives only the context needed for each query.
Systems integration
Automation is worth it when it talks to the systems you already use. If there’s no standard integration, we build the service or middleware that connects the two environments.
Document processing
Invoices, orders, contracts, forms or emails: the system identifies the document type, extracts the data, validates it against other systems and runs the next step.
Data, reporting and analysis

FAQ
Which processes can be automated?
Mainly repetitive ones or those with lots of manual steps: moving data between systems, processing documents and emails, generating reports or answering internal queries. We always start by analysing the real process before proposing anything.
Do we have to change the software we already use?
No. We connect to your ERP, CRM, email, document storage and internal applications through APIs, webhooks and databases. If there’s no standard integration, we build the middleware needed.
Where does the company’s data live?
Wherever you decide: in the cloud, in a hybrid architecture with controlled connections or inside your own infrastructure. We design the architecture around each project’s security and privacy requirements.
Can the AI take actions without oversight?
Only those explicitly defined. Each agent is limited in what it can look up, which tools it uses and which actions it can take; everything is logged and sensitive actions go through human approval.
