How we work
First we understand the network. Then we change it.
A network is designed, measured and documented. That’s how we work on every project, whether it’s a shop or a healthcare centre.

The process
Seven steps. One method.
Order matters: we don’t pick technology before understanding what infrastructure the project needs, and we don’t sign off an installation without testing, measuring and documenting it.
Audit
We analyse the existing infrastructure: physical and logical topology, equipment, configurations, firewall, Wi-Fi, cabling, communications and critical services.
Design
Architecture, segmentation, security, equipment, redundancy and migration plan. For Wi-Fi projects, the predictive RF design as well.
Deployment
We install, configure and prepare the infrastructure in coordinated windows to minimise the impact on the business.
Controlled migration
In phases on live environments, with validation and rollback procedures when the project calls for them.
Validation and certification
Connectivity, VLANs, routing, DHCP, DNS, security, redundancy and critical services checked. Copper and fibre certified link by link, and Wi-Fi validated with a Hamina site survey.
Documentation
Topologies, addressing, VLANs, racks, links, configurations and certification results. The infrastructure doesn’t depend on the memory of whoever installed it.
Operations
We can bring the infrastructure into our NOC to monitor it, maintain it and support how it evolves.
What you get
A network anyone can maintain
When we finish, the network is documented. You don’t depend on anyone’s memory, ours included.
- Physical and logical topology
- Addressing, VLANs and security policies
- Racks, patch panels and end-to-end labelling
- Certification of every copper and fibre link
- Hamina report with Wi-Fi heatmaps
- Device configurations
Principles
What we don’t compromise on
Engineering before installation
Every decision has a reason: segments, equipment, where each access point goes.
If it isn’t measured, it isn’t done
We certify the cabling and fibre, and validate the Wi-Fi with Hamina.
Without stopping your business
We migrate live networks, as at Boldtic, and work in sites that stay open, such as CAP El Maresme.
Security by design
Segmentation and firewall policies from day one, not as a patch.
Technology to fit the project
Cisco, HPE Aruba Networking, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, RUCKUS, Ubiquiti, CommScope… We choose the technology that best fits the project’s requirements, not whatever we’re meant to be selling.
We stay on
The work doesn’t have to end at handover: we bring the infrastructure into our own NOC, which watches sites, switches, firewalls, access points, links and critical services. With some clients, such as En Directe Plurals, we’ve maintained and evolved it for years.
Engineering before product. Design before installation. Measurement before handover.
