What data we process
Only what you provide:
- Contact form: name, company, phone, email, the type of service you’re interested in and your message.
- Email or phone: any data you include when you write to or call us.
Please do not request or send us passwords, access credentials or special category data through these channels.
What we use it for
- To answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal or quote.
- If we end up working together, to manage the business relationship and deliver the service.
We do not use the data to send advertising, nor do we build profiles.
Legal basis
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when you submit the form and accept this policy. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), when you request a proposal or contract a service.
- Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), for example tax and accounting obligations, if you become a client.
How long we keep it
Data from an enquiry is kept for as long as needed to deal with it and for a maximum of one year if no business relationship follows. If you become a client, for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the statutory retention and limitation periods.
Who it is shared with
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Some providers process data on our behalf to provide us with services, under a data processing agreement: website hosting (Webempresa, with servers in the European Union) and email (Google Workspace, from Google Ireland Limited) and, only if you accept analytics cookies, website audience measurement (Google Analytics, also from Google Ireland Limited).
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Those transfers are covered by Google LLC’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@wiredbarcelona.com or by post to our registered office, stating which right you are exercising.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We are a network and security engineering firm: we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. The website runs over HTTPS encryption.
